Ratings and reviews

The app decided to create safety barriers that prevented me from using the services previously used without any issues. It is frustrating when you need to make a simple transfer, and the app asks you do write letters, include this and that, send it by email, and with some luck, you get a response the same day. It is a shame. Very poor service. I gave it 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

Well, it is bad. The application do not work properly when you most need it. The UI is insanely misleading, making it difficult to navigate. Not to mention loading in every step and turn. Clicking on an incorrect feature will make you wait for a 30 second load spinner, with no function to cancel this traversal. It is bad as it has always been, unfortunately. I only use the bank because college requires an account on it, otherwise, I would migrate to another bank.

It's a joke, we think that an app should make things easier, not when it comes to a Brazilian Bank, so far the worst experience I have ever had, the app just doesn't work, a nightmare...
