Ratings and reviews

The app decided to create safety barriers that prevented me from using the services previously used without any issues. It is frustrating when you need to make a simple transfer, and the app asks you do write letters, include this and that, send it by email, and with some luck, you get a response the same day. It is a shame. Very poor service. I gave it 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

On Christmas Eve, the app decided to stop working—specifically the “scan QR code” option for PIX transactions. I suspect this happened because they needed to add some festive lights and other cosmetic touches to the app for the season. A very important feature, as one can see, certainly worth breaking core functionality to implement.

App gives an option to create a 6 characters or 8 characters "password", but it doesn't tell you that it only accepts **numbers** as characters. This falls into another of the dumb password rules. Why not allow alphanumeric characters and symbols? And why restrict the quantity of characters allowed to just 6 or 8 characters?
