Livox is a card-based alternative communication software that enables non-verbal people with disabilities to communicate. Many non-verbal people with disabilities are illiterate, so, they rely on images to select what they want to say.
Livox has an image bank with images that can be used by the person with a disability, however, depending on the disability, the user may need actual photos of objects or things they want to interact with. For that reason, Livox needs access to storage so the user can create alternative communication cards with images from the camera, from the gallery, or from Livox’s image bank.
We don’t access any other files on the user’s device and we don’t use their images for anything else other than the alternative communication cards.
