Broadband: no internet, slow internet or constant drops in connection;

TV: Incompatible card, No signal, Oi Service Inactive TV and Black / blue screen;

Exchange password wi-fi and network name;
Offers remote control manual for fiber;

To TV client:
After downloading it, access the app with the contract number and the line owner's CPF / CNPJ or My Hi login.

For fixed or broadband customer:
After downloading it, access the app with the landline number and the line owner's CPF / CNPJ.
For fiber client:
After downloading it, access the app with the customer number and CPF / CNPJ of the line holder or My Hi login.
The customer number should be consulted in your account near personal data.
