O app funciona em parte. Tem muitas limitações técnicas. Principalmente no 156. Mas o problema está no atendimento e execução dos chamados. Já tive vários chamados que foram finalizados sem execução do serviço e muitos outros chamados que foram atendidos, de fato, muito depois do prazo. Ou seja, muito aquém do que merece o morador de Vitória. Atualização: hoje é 26/10/21 e todo o sistema está inoperante desde o dia 22.

Boa iniciativa mas os protocolos que abri não andam, nem tiveram respostas. Não permite avaliar o atendimento, já fecharam chamados sem atender.
