Used it once. The driver's car was unable to get up the hills of Ouro Preto. Not sure why he even accepted the ride. He ended up taking a long roundabout route and the fare was inflated by 40%. There's no way to request a refund or contact customer service in the app. Won't be using again.

Trying to get a ride for a neighbourhood in my city makes the app show me another city with the same name of the neighbourhood I want to go(Vila Santa Maria - neighbourhood / Santa Maria - different city)

Fiz hoje minha primeira viagem e o aplicativo precisa melhorar MUITO o cálculo de estimativa de espera e viagem. Solicitei e indicava uma espera de 3 minutos, que por ver onde o carro estava, eu sabia que seria bem mais. Levou cerca de 8 minutos. Quase 3x mais que o estimado pelo aplicativo. Isso é complicado pois que não tem noção do tempo pela distância, pode estar contando com esses minutos que não são sequer perto do real
