This app has had issues from the beginning. It took a long time for me to transfer my account to the new app. When I first redeemed the cash back coupon, before points expired, it never applied to my account. I did report it to the store manager who took my information. It has finally credited back my points. For the last 2 days, when I attempt to go to coupons, the app automatically closes. Otherwise, I do like the coupon clipping and the overall layout of the app.

FRUSTRATING! When I started shopping at Ray's, all I had to do was enter my phone and email address. Requiring a security question and password only mucks up the process. A few times I was unable to continue, and when I went to the previous page, it bounced back past where I wanted, and erased my prior responses. In the first place, it was hard to find the (new) app in the play store. Just direct us to the app that we should use. K.I.S.S. I feel like I wasted 45 minutes and many curse words.

Practically unusable. Once logged in, the Coupons tab immediately crashes and kicks back to the landing screen. Weekly Ad only renders a blank page. If you're forcing adoption of a new app, at least test to ensure it works before depricating the previous app (which was already held together with bubble gum and paper clips).
