I have been using the CCCU mobile app for many years with no issues. I have a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G phone. I do all my banking using the mobile app, so I rarely need to visit a branch in person. I find CCCU offers great customer service, so I recommend them for all your banking needs. I closed my accounts at CIBC after I joined CCCU.

Had a very good experience from Coastal Community Credit Union when I asked for help getting an overdraft on my checking account and a new credit card. Nathalie walked me through the process and I'm very pleased with the result. I recommend CCCU. Good people. Good service. As well, I've never had a problem with the phone app that others have mentioned. Have used it 5 or 6 years now. I have a Samsung Galaxy.

Pretty good app. Like some of the features that it offers. Nice to see morr information on accounts, not all bank apps offer rates and maturity dates. The need to call in for information is significantly less. It does have trouble loading on occasion. Check that it's pain in the.... forever has Network connection issues. Need to Uninstall and reinstall and it works again for a time... maybe and undate from the overpaid tech. department is in order.
