Horrible experience. Everything is fine until you have to pay. They took away the "pay at delivery" option and now I can't order at all because entering my CC information NEVER works...

Huge security risk! Major glitch on checkout. When processing the payment it dumps all the data that's being passed to the POST. As a developer I am horrified. I can only imagine what other security vulnerabilities exist. Definitely not worth the $10 savings. Also, the $5 new user coupon is only $4 on checkout. The design and UX are poor. The poor esthetics wouldn't be a deal breaking, but the security lapse makes this an instant delete.

Retrieve password doesn't work in the app. I keep asking for a reset and I get the email with the verification code, but when I go to put the code I ALWAYS get an error message "code has expired". The code doesn't last one minute! This is very frustrating and I don't want to keep using the mobile app.
