Features:

Security:

CW Mobile Banking uses the same SSL encrypted communications and login security features of Online Banking; it has all of the same security protections you are accustomed to when using Online Banking system from a PC.

Requirements:

- Android version 5.1 or higher. Please see our Text Banking service for phones running Android versions prior to 5.1

- Accounts access: You must be enrolled to use Mobile Banking. If you do not have a login, register in the mobile app to get started.

Ratings and reviews

Significant UI differences. Functionally, it's quite promising and has a logical flow. Visually, the user experience suffers a bit with contrast issues on repeating row items. The main view seems a bit washed-out (again, functional). Consider that a large user base familiar with the former UX might be offput by the abrupt non-seamless changeover. * Incorporate themes. * Default theme to appear with time-honored styles of prior app (and web UX) * Consider dark mode. * Fix repeating row items.

I dont know why they needed to ruin a good thing the old app worked great and I could look at 20 or so transactions on the screen before scrolling down but now I have to scroll through 10 pages worth of these giant text bubbles of each transaction and my pending paycheck doesn't say weather it's a withdrawal or deposit without inquiring so it looks like I am having a big withdrawal coming out when I'm actually getting paid not impressed so far.

The new online system isn't functional. It takes around 2mn of waiting to get it to log in. Trying to do anything like transfer or view accounts is a nearly 5mn wait. And yes I'm talking about the online system. It won't connect to MINT because it's so slow it causes a timeout. Do not recommend.
