Get going in four steps:

Step 1: BECOME A CUSTOMER

• Choose the subscription that’s right for you
• Become a Mobility customer in just a few steps
• Download the Mobility app

Step 2: MAKE A RESERVATION

Open the app or the customer portal and proceed as follows:
• Enter the Mobility station
• Enter the desired duration
• Select the vehicle category, reserve

Step 3: DRIVE OFF

• Go to your reserved vehicle.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage. Report any damage to the vehicle via the Mobility app before you start your journey.
• Unlock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card.
• Off you go!

Step 4: DROP OFF

• Return the vehicle to the original Mobility station on time. If the fuel level is under 1/3, refuel the vehicle before returning it.
• Lock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card.
• Please observe our fair-play rules.

It's probably only useful if you want a specific type of vehicle and require it for a low duration of time. Pricing is unclear when making reservations. They charge in 30m blocks (because it's hard to be precise with an app right) so you better not miss these - 6m late fee is 50 chf (doesn't matter if you're fueling the car for the next person) so you end up paying the rental price of a premium car for terrible vehicles. No option to extend your reservation is just non sensical.

It didn't work for me and I couldn't upload a driver's license. The app said everything was verified but the night before a reservation I got a text message that the account was blocked. This wasn't indicated anywhere online or in the app. Customer service was of no help to solve the problem quickly. Got everything for free through my bank and I still feel like it was a bad deal

This app is so easy to use. allows to extend your reservation easily. you can see car availability when you click the station on map. Ąnd you can open the car from app! this is amazing. Thank you for great work!
