About this app

The application "CIMR DIALCOM" is intended for the beneficiaries of the Moroccan Interoccupational Pension Fund (CIMR). It allows you to attest to your life remotely from your Smartphone without physically going to the bank for activation of your RAHATI card, or preparing and sending certificates of life to the CIMR. In addition to the dematerialization of the proof of life, you can through your mobile account, enjoy the features of consultation and monitoring of your situation: history of your payments, status of your requests, etc.

The application "CIMR DIALCOM" offers a multitude of features:

- Life certificate: allows you, through facial recognition, to attest to your life quarterly simply through a selfie.
- Certificate of pension: offers you the possibility to download your pension certificate.
- Modification of coordinates: allows you to update your profile by modifying your coordinates (address or email address).
- Change Request: offers you the possibility to change the method of payment of your pension as well as your family situation.
- Alerts: notify you in real time of all your CIMR operations, changes and news relating to the account of the recipient.
- Geolocation of the Agencies: allows you to locate all the agencies of the CIMR everywhere in MOROCCO.

the app never opens, it keeps telling you that there is an update on play store and when you click on it takes you back to the main page again displaying the same error message

It never works. Always freeze. Please can you fix it I can travel every 3 months to do attestation de vie

Cannot login. Many attempts for several days. It says number DP doesn't exist!!! Really a headache. Their support answers all questions but the one you are asking. If they can do better I ll really appreciate it
