This is a tool designed specifically for enterprise IT administrators, enabling rapid, zero-touch deployment and policy initialization of managed devices via QR codes and NFC tags.

Core Functions:
1. Supports configuring Wi-Fi SSID/password, device owner permissions, server URL, system language, and time zone;
2. Generates deployment QR codes conforming to native Android specifications;
3. Writes management configurations to the NFC chip using NDEF format.

Note: The device must support NFC, and the OEM must successfully enable NFC configuration on the first boot. This process can only be performed during the device's initial welcome or installation wizard (i.e., after the first boot or factory reset).
