Anytime I want to get my receive address, I always get an error message saying "an error was encountered we are looking into it" and this has been going on for a long time. Please fix this as I haven't been able to receive any crypto from external waller.

Overall, the app is good. What pisses me off is that you can put little amounts of money into your wallets, but there is absolutely no way of getting the money back unless you have more money. Anyway, I blame myself for not checking the app out before randomly purchasing cryptos.

Crazily enough there way too many withdrawal threshold's, many fees as depending on the money you make or lose. in this instance i invested into a bundle, i saw that it wasn't performing too well and was losing money and wanted to sell the funds. I reached to support and they told me that investing more was the only way to withdraw all the funds. you barely make anything on here either, I've lost way more than I've put into this app. they're just stealing your money at this point.
