Every now and then I loose connection with one (the same each time) shade. When I try to reconnect it, I need to spend HOURS because it's hard to find it. EDIT After some technical issues, now I'm also having mechanical issues. One of my Brunt (the one that did not have connection issues) stopped working at all, even with the manual buttons. it seems that it's the gear that brake! bad material as well...

For our products, since the device was connected once, our network connection has never been unstable. After considering your situation, we found that if your router has too many connections, the last connected device may be unstable. We recommend you test your connection on a router that has fewer connections.

Cant connect go Google Home at all. Its says "successfully linked" but it just doesn't show. The app its self is very unresponsive, even clicking on different setting of the Airjet it doesn't work. It works for few seconds then it revert to the previous setting like it wasn't applied. Linking the Airjet to the app was a neighmare, I had to use an old phone which doesn't have 5G wifi so it was forced ti use 2.4G. The English used in the app is very poor, little effort was made in making this app.

Love these I have 2 of them. They are so easy to set up. 1 was working the wrong way & I couldn't work out how to fix it. I used the FB messenger to contact them the response was fast & I sorted the issue out. It's a tick box on the bottom of the set up of the blind heights that's to reverse the mechanism. Highly recommend these. I have used it through Alex works ok but I just use the sunset & sunrise times for it to do it's things themselves.
