First time using Mano and never again. I ordered food using the app and payment was confirmed; but on the backend it had cancelled my order because according to them the system didn't confirm my pmt in time. Meanwhile I had received pmt confirmation within a few minutes and there was no notification of any issue, so I spent over an hour waiting for an order that was never processed. They ended up refunding to the Mano wallet and I had to replace my order and another hour. Very glitchy system.

probably the worst UX food app I've used in years... Terrible network access, lags all the time.

First time using this app; couldn't add a card so decided to do a transfer. Reached out to customer service, no reply, and no update on my order. At this point, I don't want the products anymore, I'm just reaching out so I can ask about when a reversal will be initiated. Update: they really start picking your items and have them sent out in 18 minutes. Support is available now as well, and they let you know if your item is out of stock with an option to replace or remove altogether. 💯
