I have an issue with your app dii. I have purchased the course on 18th july in Rs.1099 but after a week it's showing to purchase again in Rs 999. And In my personal page it's showing that there's no course purchased and it's says it's expired. Infact I have the proof of receipt also which you sent on messages in your app. I don't know what's wrong with the app. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.I don't have any access to this app though I have paid the amount.

It's been so many days video lectures are not playing I have purchased neet journey 2024 batch .... I'm feeling guilty of buying this course... requested many times to the team but they are saying still trying simply waste of money and time I believe madam so much but even downloaded lectures are also not playing
