The app constantly freezes and crashes. Playback is so buggy it's basically useless, and desktop version is just as bad. A child with no arms could code a better app than this. You're infinitely better off using the built-in recording device on your phone or tablet; at least then you can actually access your recordings without crashing your phone

Really impressed by Glean on a desktop, it looks very promising for my hand impairments and ADHD. But the phone app is borderline unusable. Every transition, e.g. opening an event or moving back to the home screen, looks like a seizure's happening on my phone. No known screen or processing issues with my Samsung S21, no other app or process causes this problem.

Fantastic app overall. My only issue with the app is that there is no timestamp display (showing hr:min:sec) when playing back recordings. It only shows timestamps on notes written during the recording/lecture. This lack of a precise timeline display can really be a headache when reviewing longer lectures. Stability improvements are also needed as the app occasionally freezes and crashes when reviewing notes (never while recording).

Hi Connor, thanks for your feedback. You can view timestamps by hovering your mouse over the audio in your feed. The timestamps will be displayed in hh:mm format. If Glean continues to crash, please email support@glean.co for troubleshooting assistance. Thanks, Emma.
