The app crashes too often. Plus I have the issue where when trying to upload or pay to clear my packages it just crashes. On top of that, my phone is tagging this app for high battery drain. Will change the star rating when the app is fixed. Also what I don't like is the fact you can't select what items you wanna clear.

I collected a shipment in February 2019 & the item is still showing up for collection. I have called & sent emails to Customer Service and have yet to receive a response. I was told to bring in my receipt. Strange they dont take the responsibilty to look up the transaction. In order to collect my shipment I had to first pay. The Customer Service is poor. I suppose after this review the matter would be corrected.

I did not like the customer service at all, most of them had a very pessimistic attitude. Seems like they don't value their customers but having random conversations about their customers packages and then they had fail to articulate the problem to their customer. I definitely would not ship with them. I spent 150 clearing baby clothes that were vat free. I would not recommend this place to a Dog! I liked nothing about this shipping company.
