Ratings and reviews

as you can see they deny all negative experiences, drivers mostly asking extra. and they have new rules I guess. in the past we were able to go with carrier, right now they charge extra money. Prices so high. Use other services, ask around for private carriers.

Easy to use but was NOT informed no guarantee of a driver after full payment!!! It keeps saying searching for driver after 12 hours of my request.

My experience was not good. Our things made it from one side of Korea to the other perfectly fine. But the driver kept trying to change the time (starting the night before pick up). He then charged us KRW 75 000 more than we were quoted on the app (even though we left a table behind that I had listed). I sent an email to find out if this was standard and never heard back. So, the service works and nothing was damaged. But I do not think I will ever use them again.
