The Motool Slacker Virtual Remote allows you to use your smartphone as a remote display for the new Slacker Digital Suspension Tuner with Bluetooth®. Take real-time measurements, measurements and control Slacker with the Reset and Auto Zero buttons. This is a "light" version of the virtual remote in the Motool Service Assistant App.

Thought I needed to pair via BT, but was failing. Reached out to support via chat on their website and got mediate help. No explicit pairing need for a BT enabled phone. Location services needs to be on and the app granted permission. Then just start the app and turn on the Slacker and your set.

I was having difficulty getting the app with my new android phone to connect to the slacker. I submitted a customer issue on the Motool website. I was expecting a few days to get back to me. Wow almost immediate email back with help. Great support.

Garbage app, does not connect. Restarted phone, reinstalled app. Nothing works. For the price what a rip off.

Sorry for this, I got caught off guard by an Android security update that was blocking raw Bluetooth scans so it couldn't find Slacker. I have just pushed a new release up- 2.1.8 which should be available shortly. Please update in the morning and let me know if it is working for you- Johny- johny@motool.co
