Slow and unreliable app. the last time I tried to log in, I waited a timed 8 minutes before giving up. Pay at pump and no receipt or anything despite putting in my number and add in long transaction processing times. I had hoped to use a New Zealand company for my fuel, but I don't want to spend an extra 10 or more minutes trying to get an app to work to fill. Never had these issues with other providers apps.

So slow it's ridiculous. App wont load locations and takes ages to open. I've been told there's no stations in range while sitting right next to the pump or it just loads forever - haven't been able to make it work yet despite trying 3 times while filling up.

Good for fuel, but the rewards system feels unclear. You only see prizes after spinning or scratching, and I was entered into two second chance draws but never heard back. Needs more transparency on prizes and winners.
