This app is a great idea and affordable. However, the photographer never called to confirm and we ended up rescheduling which somewhat ruined the point of the shoot. He told me he had blocked the day off I requested because he wasn't in town. Snappr made him available when he wasn't. Then when we took photos Snappr never confirmed with me or did a follow up to ask if the photos had been taken. Their policy is 48hr photos but it's been 72. I paid in advance and currently have no photos/money.

On demand, means just that. You select the date of the event, how many hours needed, pay and photographer shows up and photographs your event. One caveat, the photos don't show up in the app itself (some server error). The photographer used Google Drive to get me the photos and I was very happy with the results. I wish they offered videographers as well.

You literally cannot download all pictures at once, whether on desktop or through the app. This is a very basic feature. What difference does it make how good or bad the pictures are if they make it incredibly difficult to access them. I can't believe they expect people to download hundreds of photos that a customer paid for one at a time. This is either a huge oversight or just poor design to force people back into the app whenever they want to view the images.
