Very much useless until it's converted to a credit card or current account. Very few merchants support prepaid cards as MDR is higher of prepaid cards than the credit cards or debit cards. Cashback is also useless as for transferring into account you have to pay charges which makes cashback useless. Credit cards and even debit cards are far better than this which provides more than 20% real discounts and cashback. Same reason being prepaid cards makes QR useless. So very less usage from my end.

I am receiving full support from Tide customer support, if I have any doubt I just raise the ticket and they really value their customer satisfaction. They clarity me and It's free of hidden charges. If you are not using the tide for more than 6 months then 10rs is a deduction they clearly say. You will be receiving cashback and saving a lot more. I'm happy with this app. It is a great app. Best for bill payments and orders
