Worst customer service ever, one of the top promoted featured is useless. Top advertised feature is 5% cashback at groceries, but it only works with bank accounts, not credit cards! Do we write a check to pay? Reached out to support via chat (only option) a couple of times for this issue and linking bank account; both times ended up with frustration, they can't understand simple language. Users have complained about money transfer, I won't even risk trying it, cashback is useless too! WhatWaste!

I initiated a transfer and now the money got stuck with them. Looks like they disabled the chat support and there is no way to contact customer support. The support email is useless, you only get standard generated responses without any actual status. There are tons of better platforms out there. I am seeing similar complaints from an year old reviews, so certainly they haven't made any progress towards addressing these issues.

FRAUD application. Worst app ever. Initiated a transfer, transfer says processing failed after 1 week. Initiated a second transfer with the same amount. Now both the transactions shows in process. And the estimate shows 5-7 days for the transaction i initiated a week ago. And 12-15 days for the new transaction. The customer support is useless, they provide useless responses.
