Ratings and reviews

One of the worst apps I've come across. Their withdrawal program is terrible and fees exorbitant. Not to mention that they have a pitiful selection of networks through which you can withdraw. Terrible experience. For context, until further verification (which is more complicated than many other larger and more professional exchanges) they only allow withdrawals through 2 networks (Eth and BUSD) and only 50 dollars or so, and they take 30 dollars flat fee on the Eth withdrawal.

Hi After selecting show charts, I select the little gear to show the settings; none of my settings appear in full, in settings the ok, the cancel button and the left side of the settings are cut in half, even on the website with desktop view. When I tap on my back button the app closes, please change that 😞. Back must take me to the previous view. Thanks.

Currently it takes 24hrs for a deposit to reflect on the app even if made from the same bank. Overall app interface is too limited and needs to be more intuitive with more functions and features. Great examples are Plus500 and Binance apps. Thanks for taking the time to read this and hopefully you'll be able to implement some more features on your app.
