I am so disappointed with this app. I have tried every possible way to get access but I always get the message incorrect details. What is the point to release an app that serves no purpose. It's awful and I have so many damn ticket reference numbers. Submitted in Aug 21 . Followed up weekly. Sent email on email. Re submitted in November. As a South African most of us are facing difficult times.I have never in my 20 years of employment claimed UIF. So so disappointed. Not even worth the rated 1 ⭐

Absolutely useless. And I'm not trying to be funny at all. This app never works, and I've kept it installed on my phone hoping to get some info on my claims at some point. I tried it once or twice every day for 2 months now. It's probably meant to serve as a means to distract people, leaving questions and confusion where one should find answers. They're keeping us all in the dark, playing waiting games with our hard earned money.

I have registered on this app earlier this year, got a sms notification that they have received my claim and there will be communication within the next 20 days. Once I tried to log in, the said that they could not find my claim with my ID number, after I have submitted all my details on this app and received confirmation that they captured it! Really disappointed, indeed.
