Want to take a break? App need a picture, but still fails. Want to complete a job? Fill out your notes, but wait - you have an open task. Notes gone. Want to see hours for the week - get your calculator - this app won't show summary. Want to put a job on hold - you get a popup asking for a signature. Want to see a phone number when calling a customer - too bad its not displayed on the job. Suggest looking at service fusion

Hate that I have to allow the app to track my "precise location" in order to set a ticket to started. there's no reason for a trouble ticketing app to need to track people. wish my company used a real program for this rather this Mickey mouse bs.

this app is terrible and does not work, you fix one glitch and another one pops up I strongly recommend companies stay far away
