On the login screen, the text looks stretched and the cursor is below the box you are trying to type in. On the screen when pulling up your id cards the screen doesn't scroll smoothly. I'm using the most current version of android. I have reported this issue to Alfa in hopes of a fix. Using biometrics login has fixed these issues for me but this would still be a problem for those that are not.

Update is useless! same experience as many other reviews. Old version wouldn't work and forced upgrade. once upgrade was installed it never would open so now I cannot use at all. Tried un/reinstall, but didnt help. very unfortunate as I liked being able to have my insurance card hand via the app, especially with kids off at college. Please fix the bugs or bring the old version back!!

This app has not worked in 4 months. It worked fine before! I have reported it several times. No help what so ever. I DID call the number. Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled SEVERAL times. No luck. 2nd UPDATE: got an email telling me to uninstall/reinstall which I have done several times. My phone is up to date. They said it could just be my phone and/or service provider. It worked FINE on both before for MONTHS. Now Nothing.
