Citizen app aims to offer desirable functionalities to citizens through energy and non-energy services (e.g. convenience, security, ambient assisted living features) based on the infrastructure and background services necessary for the provision of demand response services from buildings in order to enhance the value proposition of the ACCEPT. The applications actually comprise entire software stacks that utilise the information collected from the building via the BIML and utilise state-of-the-art techniques and tools to extract events and insights from the raw building data that can be useful for the citizens/ residents.
