About this app

This is an official mobile app of Indraprastha Gas Limited. This app is for PNG customers, CNG users. The app enables PNG customers anytime, anywhere access to his accounts.

PNG customer can view billing history, view payment history, lodge complaint, view complaint status, share feedback, update mobile and phone number, submit meter reading, and make online payment etc.

CNG customer can view nearby CNG stations on map. Customer can also search for CNG stations in a particular area.


Note: If you are first time user of the IGL Connect Mobile app, then you have to register/signup for accessing the My Profile, My Bill, Meter reading and Complaints section of PNG.

Useless IGL App - non can login. Forgot password doesn't work. The OTP option doesn't work. The app will log you out automatically after every other week and then you cannot even login. One of the worst apps that I have to use. And interestingly their bills are always wrong and there is no option to get these bills corrected. Worst experience. Now I am sure that they will ask to write an email, which no one will bother to reply to.

of course, I've given five stars ; But every time you are changing the e-mail which created problem. I have already sent the meter reading on first app. you should create/ incorporated a simple App which could be used every time and permanent inputs like mobile numer, BP No., and meter number be apear every time. Give the option to click the photo of meter box and sent. It would be easy for you and for the customers also. And convenient for senior citizens as well. Just delve into the matter

This App not working any time. When I can open it show "Error Occurred! Something went wrong. Please try again later." If I can can Update and Reinstall. It's not Working. I fhase this Problem continously around 2 to 3 Months. I can use the Version (11.8.2) of App and Mobile: Samsung(A16) Android-16 It trouble me when I have to pay bills and check the Meter-Status or something else. How I can check Previous bills on App and on the website? Please solve the problem as soon as possible. Thanks.
