I was worried about trying this app after reading so many negative reviews here. But it appears they have fixed all the problems other foreigners complained about because it worked fine for me. Registration easy, no issues with accepting foreign passport. Just can't book yet because more than 6 months till my licences expire. The app would be improved by adding information on exact requirements of what documents to bring on the day.

I'm sure the app works well when one is able to use it. However, It would be good to clarify if this app is only applicable for Thai citizens. Tried registering for it which the app allowed but then was unable to log into the app. Keep getting an error message saying either details or password are incorrect, which is quite untrue. Not sure if this is a bug or the way the app developers designed to prevent expats from registering onto the online system.

เรียนผู้ใช้งาน ข้อมูลยืนยันตัวตนหมายเลขบัตรประชาชน, ชื่อจริง, นามสกุล, วัน/เดือน/ปีเกิด จะต้องตรงกับตอนที่ลงทะเบียนไว้นะคะ หากไม่สามารถยืนยันได้ สาเหตุเมื่อตอนลงทะเบียนอาจจะมีการกรอกข้อมูลผิดพลาดจึงไม่สามารถรีเซ็ตรหัสผ่านใหม่ได้ค่ะ ให้ดำเนินการติดต่อสำนักงานเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่รีเซ็ตรหัสผ่านให้ได้นะคะ ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกด้วยนะคะ

I had no problems registering and then to Log-in so I can not tell if the issues described by many regarding Foreigners has been solved. So far all was in English as well. Unfortunately when selecting the DLT in my area I found many Offices are gray...meaning not available to select. I assume that means they do not use the Queue System? Would have been nice to be aware before... I will keep the App as those places might be available the next time around...
