Not sure what the point is in having a fingerprint login when with no warning whatsoever, the app decides to forget my fingerprint and forces me to enter my password. I set up the fingerprint so I don't have to remember the password! Edit: Somehow the app has even more issues now than before. Time to find a new bank.

I'm sorry I have to drop the stars on this app. It is convenient, but I have noticed a lot recently when I put in my password it says that it cannot accept my password. I'm not doing my password wrong. But I know if I put my correct password in too many times it's going to act like it's not the right password and then it's going to completely kick me out and make me have to call the bank. It's really annoying because I can't call the bank after hours for a crashing app.

Will not down load to my phone. I have had this app for almost four years but now there is difficulty if you have an android phone. Makes no sense to me that it cannot be fixed. Has been two weeks so far and it is inconvenient to always call and get your banking business done. WHEN will this be fixed. I do not believe that since I dont have a smart phone I should not be able to get my banking on line.
