Worst educational app I've ever seen! Don't ever do the mistake of logging in! They will keep calling you to buy their subscription even if you're not interested! I've explained that I'm not interested to buy their subscription so many times but I don't understand why the hell are they keep trying to convince me and force me to join in a zoom meet! Blocked one number? they'll Call you from another number! Cut the call? they'll Keep calling several times! It's such a waste of time! 🤦‍♀️.

This is the worst learning platform I have ever seen . The councellers will tell you to buy this packages and say this extra mark platform is best . I am using it for 2 months and I have not found any help from this app . Even you can't cancel the package . The customer service associative tell you continue the package even you don't want to do so. It's cancellation policy is only for 7 days. In 7 days how can we know if the extramark is good or not . I request all to report this app .

The problem with this app is at times the nagging phone calls from the counsellers can become a nuisance. This app also eavesdrops full throttle on my mobile phone calls activity. A couple of days after I installed this app, I get a phone call from counsellor Garima informing me that the free version is only valid for a maximum of three days and trying to goad me into trying for a scholarship. I had to hang up after explaining inability to spare time for verbal interaction for now.
