Very bad service. they lock and open the application whenever they want. they play with the credit amount. they are not reliable. very difficult to depend on them. some of their drivers are not safe to be with. once my credit is over, i am uninstalling the app and keep using Careem as I used to do.

It desperately needs an update. i can't book a ride for someone else. i can't use the app properly if im outside kuwait, no direct chat if i need to. And the price there is a lot of new apps with better prices and features.

Bad customer service and a bunch of thieves. The app was not working for me, so I couldn't cancel my ride. The driver had to call customer service for me to cancel the ride and they charged me 2KD according to the guy I talked to! Now I see they charged me more!!! Never using your service again!!!
