Unfriendly apps when to check outstanding payment & excess payment not in one page. After made payment then pop up another excess/outstanding payment. Can ur team made one page for outstanding/excess payment so all customer can pay all total in one payment rather then log in/out into online bank apps. The old version are more user friendly in term of payment/outstanding/new bill. Easy to search and make payment. In my hard copy bill only 1 month outstanding. This apps Very poor upgrade.

1st time use and my acct is now blocked. In the beginning I change my password. That works. After that I tried to log in with the new p/word, it's keep saying incorrect p/w. I tried many times. Restart my apps, still didn't work. And now I am blocked, and now I have to contact Cust Care. What is the use of this apps if I still need to tO contact Cust Care?

Holy moly! My house experienced a power outage at 11:40 PM. I reported the issue through SEB Cares, and soon after, I received a call from SESCO informing me that they would inspect each fuse box for a possible faulty fuse. Remarkably, within 30 minutes, the power was restored! I truly commend them for their quick response and efficient resolution of the issue.
