The app is good and has a nice interface but I've been having one problem and just want to bring it to your notice I can't save beneficiaries and its a problem People I do daily transactions with, I always have to input their account numbers everyday to be able to transfer to them which is not ideal The internet banking platform has the same problem as well. When I save the beneficiary it says it's successful but I don't see it.

The bank platform is a great improvement over the former app, but I have a problem with the blunest platform. It is highly unresponsive, there is no means of calling customer care and the wallet funding using the Zest platform provided still has a long way to go, and the bank transfer option provides a blank account number. Please make wallet funding easier for the investor.

What on earth is wrong with stanbic. Login is a problem almost all the time. I can't rely on this app in case of emergency. Summary is, the app does not seem to detect network even when I have data, which obviously powers my other banking apps without network errors. Same issue occurs with the old app. Please fix this or I close down my stanbic account for good
