impossible to read the fine print in dark mode. unable to scroll assignments. 08/29/26 Update: fine print is now readable in dark mode. However, when you select an individual detail or overtime assignment, it doesn't allow for scrolling through the entire assignment. The only way to see all the information on the assignment is by clicking on "expand all assignments". 08/30/26 Update: I figured out how to scroll individual assignments, by clicking the down arrow next to the assignment ID number.

Jeff, Thank you for letting us know about the text color, we fixed it a few days ago. Additionally you should be able to expand any individual assignment by clicking the chevron icon to the right of the assignment id number on any assignment. Thanks again for testing.

Latest update turned a mediocre app into absolute junk. New format is horrible to navigate. Notifications have gone to absolute ZERO. No push Notifications, no matter how may times you attempt to reinstall or fix it. No text Notifications AT ALL. Totally removed the ability to receive phone call notifications. You're lucky to receive an email notification a half hour AFTER a detail posts. Absolute garbage now. Departments should dump it and go with a competitor.

Voice calling is now heavily regulated by the FCC and is completely out of our control. Push notifications is the best communication for speed. Russell will reach out to your supervisor in the morning to assist. Thank you.

Do not get any notifications unless the app is open. Missed many details because do not get notified when detail gets posted...horrible. I've uninstalled this app and reinstalled it numerous times and still don't get notified

Sounds like you have a battery saving setting on. Please review your device settings or reach out to your supervisor for assistance this way they can reach out to us for assistance.
