this app sucks it keeps crashing and it drains my phone battery a lot and is causing other issues with my phone

Garbage. Been 2 days since i could login. Verified i have the correct credentials entered. Cleared cache and app data. Uninstalled app to make sure i have the latest version. Still just getting the same generic "Error" box come up with no explanation as to why its not working properly.
