Not user friendly.. Bills and its Details are not mentioned clearly. Very confusing. Already paid for May and Mid June month and now again it's asking to pay for the same units which were charged for Previous Month. Totally confused and useless app.

The login fails many times and the remember me option doesn't work smoothly. Options for retrieval of password is very complex and changing password is also very complex compared to other sites. UI needs more attention to be user friendly

Cannot access what you instruct to do. Am desparate to clde account today. Have been to your brach in town center was told to use mobile app. Which l think is not working. Instructions are easy but don't get into app.
