The app is bugged, so it installs with the system toggle to allow notifications automatically blocked and greyed out. It's not a great way to keep on top of notifications. There is also no record of appeals that can be pulled from the app, so make sure you save your confirmation emails! So far it's been a nightmare trying to work with our HOA through this company, since despite conversations over the phone that promised otherwise, continued violation notices keep stacking on our account. Avoid!

I literally have to uninstall and reinstall this app every month, just to get it to function, when I need to make an HOA payment. It doesn't open and just closes itself. It's already frustrating that I pay 170 a month in HOA fees for a community that doesn't have any amenities worth paying this amount for, on top of it being difficult to access the payment portal. I have literally gotten late fees because the app doesn't work and I wasn't able to pay it even though I tried multiple times.

I have set up an autopayment 6 times now and every time it accepts one payment, then I think I'm safe but no, I have to go back and check 5 times now every month because they just remove my auto payment information and hit me with a late fee. Horrible app, horrible payment system. If you're only going to give me the option to make payments this way instead of snail mail fix your application.

Hello! Our app integrates with our payment partner, unfortunately we have no control over how your payments are processed or set up there.
