Abhinav Pandey is a distinguished engineer, entrepreneur, and academic. With a B.Tech from IIT Roorkee, an MS from the University of Southern California, USA, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, he combines world-class education with a wealth of practical experience. His technical expertise is underscored by certifications such as Certified Manufacturing Engineer (SME), Accredited Professional (IGBC), and Energy Manager and Auditor (BEE), among others.

Abhinav began his career at Nestlé, where he played pivotal roles as a project engineer, project manager, and team leader, contributing to the development of new and expanded factories. In 2015, he founded PMG Engineering, a leading firm specializing in end-to-end engineering solutions for food industry factory projects. Under his leadership, PMG has successfully managed over 250 projects, representing investments exceeding INR 25,000 Cr. This includes 75+ greenfield projects, 100+ factory expansions, and 100+ factory upgrades across 100+ locations in 15+ countries, setting a benchmark in food factory design and construction.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Abhinav leads the Krishna Anand Foundation, a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering lives through food literacy, skill development, and community initiatives.

A passionate academic and lifelong learner, Abhinav has authored multiple technical articles published in esteemed journals and conferences. Beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys traveling, reading, programming, and listening to music, while also nurturing his love for badminton.
