We’ve updated call dispositions! Here are the changes you can expect:
Users can now assign up to 10 dispositions per call (previously unlimited).
Supervisors and Admins can set this limit directly from their accounts.
This helps keep call tagging neat and consistent across the platform.
The new limit is live and visible in the call disposition section.
This makes it easier to analyze call outcomes by focusing on the most relevant dispositions, improving reporting accuracy and team productivity.
