Useless app. No info I want to see is available, such as TRANSACTIONS! Now, I am unable to access it all. It states I need to update it. There is NO update available and I have automatic updates turned on. There's no way of getting in to see my balance, which is the only useful information in this app. Why is a helpful app so difficult?

Worst online business banking combined with the worst business banking mobile app. Doesn't allow the ability to see actual transactions, etc... Next time 1st Source decides to migrate to a different platform, perhaps they could ask what the actual consumer / business owner needs to operate a business effectively! Personal Banking app btw is fantastic... If zero stars was available - I would have left that instead.

BBO app biometrics doesn't work on android. have to manually log in each time, doesn't show transactions just shows balances. the personal app is much better then the business app. needs improvement!!!
