Attempted to create an account. Got message "something went wrong". So tried to call customer assistance phone number on app; after the phone rang a dozen time I hung up!

DO NOT get insurance from them! They won't let us cancel our policy. Every time we call to cancel they hang up on us. We have been charged every month for the last year even though we dont even have the building the insurance was put on since last year. We finally got through to someone on the phone and they said they would mail cancelation forms.... 1 month later we got a letter saying they renewed it again. This place is a nightmare!

This is my first time using the app and I can't select my State, VA because it's not listed.
