app was fantastic up until an update in Feb, and since then, it can't process credit card payments, UNLESS I clear the app data and cache between EACH TRANSACTION, which forces me to re-login and re-connect the Square device. this is absurd! Who has time to go through all those steps between every transaction??? customer service has been unable to resolve this issue. in fact, I only had 2 successful personal-test transactions after googling further and finding the suggestion to clear app data.

Sad Squarespace. Nothing works after this update, that happened weeks ago. I've used it for over 8 years. Now it barely signs me in—and the client interface has made my clients start calling me to schedule because it's so difficult to navigate or simply doesn't work. Absolutely horrible. update immediately please 🙏 The double sign in is awful to start and I have to close the app completely sometimes because it freezes.

Acuity needs more built-in features ASAP. They're FAR behind other booking apps. I just switched from Booksy and I'm disappointed that everything I need, I have to find an external integration for. I can't send blast emails to my clients until they opt-in to receiving mail, which is crazy. There's no option to add card processing fees, so I had to find an external app to use my stripe card reader. Clients can't add more than one main service so you end up making a LONG list of add-ons. SUCKS!
