One star is a bit too high to rate this so called "App", it doesn't work whatsoever. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, I've tried closing the app reopening it, and nothing. When you have an injury and you're trying to file a claim or view your messages or anything at all, the app just tries to load any category without success. It used to work in the past. Now it is completely useless. HORRIBLE.

[ + ] I like the idea of the app for the ease of submitting claims from my phone. For me, the website is much less complicated & frustrating. [ - ] I have never once been able to open or view any message through this app. I have installed, reinstalled & updated everything, no change or improvement. I have to upload the same documents multiple times for each claim because the app freezes on the upload during the initial claim entry. Sometimes the documents still doesn't upload or send.

Glitchy. Use their web page instead. It's October of 2022 and this app does NOT store user name or password info. Every single time it forces me to type in both. The 'Remember Me' feature does NOT work even though I can checkmark it. Sometimes i get the oh quack something went wrong message too. This app has potential, if they ever finish it and correct the bugs. I'm uninstalling it now. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22 and android ver 12.
