network experience is moderate I love browsing and bundles are great but sometimes it goes off a sudden no notice or anything and then it keeps saying I have no cellular network so I can't make calls but all my bars are full so idk how you can fix that because I literally can't call customer care because of the cellular network malfunction . it's very frustrating.

It's wonderful app, very innovative. Keep developing the network, you are doing better than Zamtel and Airtel. My challenge is that sometimes it shows like I have no Data, even when it's there. Sometimes network goes and sometimes it starts when you let the data on for a long time.

Recently started using Zedmobile and so far I'm impressed with how easy it is to make top ups and buy packages. The only downside is the network, it'll be smooth on some days and on other days it'll suck but I definitely see potential in it rivaling even Airtel. All in all it's a good telecommunication service, just needs time to improve.
