Generally getting better and better. I used it many times without problems BUT, many things to improve. They should see other apps. Also there is no option to use your miles to buy your ticket. Instead, you have to call the contact centre, wait long for answer and then when you make a request booking, call again few days later to check if your request has been approved or not, and only then buy thr ticket by telling your c.card number to the contact centre staff!

Broken app. Unable to add (unable to process request) or show booking for a flight that is less than 1 month away, not exactly reassuring. Login to app works, but login on website not working, no way to see upcoming flight.

I can't see my flights that I bought tickets for via call centre. It's so easy to implement that, why don't you add it? Also, your payment page showed error, my money was gone and tickets not bought... I had to wait a month for a bank to give me my money back.
