HORRIBLE!Do yourself a favor and pass on this home security service. Their equipment is about the equivalent of any other company that's giving you the equipment and installation in return for signing a long contract with them. Mediocre. Where fluent sets itself apart is when you try to cancel your service. It can't be done online, it can't be done through their chat or through an email. You have to call and fill out an application to cancel. Three months later and I'm still being charged.

This app does not function well. When we try to change the temperature from our phones, it won't load or change. You can't access the doorbell camera when someone rings the bell so by the time it finally shows, the person is gone. Accessing the indoor cameras also take a long time to load. It's very frustrating when it is for security.

The App does not work. We are unable to arm or disarm the alarm remotely. It says cannot verify. Even when it is on Arm Stay or Arm Away the App only shows disarmed??? We are able to change the temp on the thermostat, as well, we can lock and unlock our door remotely. However, there is an obvious issue with the App that does not allow us to arm or disarm the monitor remotely. Unfortunately, even though I'd love to give this App 5 out of 5, I cannot.
