I sent money for the second time to my other account last May 4 and I have not received any update until May 11 I received a message that my transaction is pending due to invalid account. I already sent an email as per instructed to process the said transaction but I have not received any response. It has been two weeks for goodness sake! I have been doing my best to call the number provided but it says currently not available ALLL THE TIME! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!!

this used to be a good app/service, I was using it for few years. but now its totaly useless, as transfers get delayed frequently. When inquired with call centre, they said its a dealy with their partner exchange company, and doesn't seem to care to rectify the issue.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! After you gave all the information (TOO MUCH INFOS & PROCESSING)it appears that they will send email. But then it take LOOOOONG time for them to sent you an email (which is automated and very easy) no wonder same as well in their money exchange center. I shouldn't registered at all and gave them my information (MY BIG MISTAKE) when they will give my confirmation to log in if there is chance to unsubscribed/unregister I will definitely make it. Useless customer hotline also
